    Hace dos días puse otra reseña pero no la puedo ver, pero básicamente hice una carga que entregue el día 6 de enero y otra el día 7, me autorizaron el pago el día 8 pero por el monto incorrecto de $1.80 cuando vi el correo llame enseguida y me dijeron q solo había sido un error y q todo estaba bien para el pago. Resulta ser que después de llamar y enviar correos todos los días hoy alguien me responde un correo diciendo que me tengo que esperar que el pago se aprobará el lunes y de 1 a dos días hábiles se verá en mi cuenta, yo no tengo que esperar nada, desde mi primera llamada el día 8 debieron enviar el pago correcto en ese momento porque además cobran el 2% para el pago de dos días y por supuesto no lo están haciendo, en espera de alguien responsable y con vergüenza que me pueda ayudar

    It’s been more than 15 days since I start calling them to get pay for the load I delivered and they keep telling me they put temporary blocker on my payment This is really bad for solo driver, always doing this to me to hold the payment . Good luck OTR driver.

    So they first went to 7 days to pay then claim each document is blurry to take 2 weeks to pay and now they want 30 days to pay. Uber Freight already has cheap and crappy loads to begin with and now they want to pay whenever. Sure looks like they are about to pull a Convoy to me! If you can speak English I would avoid these cheap loads and book with a better broker.

    App wont open on my current iPhone 13, app and phone up to date. The app opens just fine on my old iPhone 8. I am an IT and tried already all troubleshooting possible and still wont work. Also, called technical support and follow their instructed steps with no luck at all,

    Right now they are taking longer than usual to review the BOL’s or documents, looks like they holding the money, that’s happen when you got people overseas working to review the documents, right now for load payment average it’s 7 days after they change the policy for the payments, before was good, when they was paying Tuesday’s and Thursday’s but right now you have to wait 7 days to get your money, good luck everyone to solve the problems, this is waisted time, no capacity to solve anything, I got 6 years working with Uber Freight, but that issue it’s the same or worst

    I called and tried everything from updating to shutting down and starting - uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting over 15GB to have free space, you name it I’ve tried it… once I open the app it’s stuck on the black screen UBER FREIGHT, for hours! It’s affecting my tracking only reason why I care smh
