Uber Freight

Uber suspend my account without reason you and I don’t have no late cancellation. I never got late to deliver or pick up. My scores are good.

I was trying to sign up with Uber freight load board and the following day I received an email saying that my account has been suspended without any clear explanation however when I tried to call them they don’t want to answer why they did that nor being able to tell me what I did when I have never hauled a load with them , the next thing they tell me is that” it is a final decision.” And they have no way of providing the reason why they did suspend my account.

I agree with many of the comments on here. In a nutshell, support rarely offers any useful support, UF does everything it can to avoid paying accessorials, and almost impossible to understand some of the reps over the phone. But now there’s more, if you arrive early to a shipper, UBER came out with a “brilliant” plan to hide the confirmation numbers. So, if you arrive 8 hours early and shipper is willing to ship their product, UBER says no and doesn’t give out the pickup numbers. This happened to me recently and the shipper was pretty upset about how adamant UF was about sticking to the appointment. Really bad move by UF. I was using UF as a secondary broker to fill in the gaps, but with the experience we’ve been having it’s moving down to 3rd even 4th option. Not good.

Easy to use the Uber Freight app to bid, to book loads and to manage booked loads control arrivals and delivery.

Once you book a load they hiding the other loads on your area I hate that about this app they need to change that. Also they always trying not to pay detention and changing the loads price every minute like a scam. Sometimes I see a load when I click to book the price change and dropped immediately that’s a scam

The Uber Freight mobile application only shows about 5% of the actual (available) loads on the Uber Freight load board. To circumvent this terrible inconvenience and hassle, business owners have to do one of a few things (just to stay updated on new- and current- load listings): 1.) Constantly utilize a desktop computer or a laptop computer to view available loads through the online account portal. 2.) Try to find new loads by selecting showing loads already on the “app” and scroll down to the “upcoming loads” section. The key here is: If you want a load in at a certain time and in a certain area, you can select the showing loads a day before the desired load & scroll down to the “upcoming loads” section (and, even then, all of the available loads still don’t show completely)! IT’S A HASSLE BUT IT WORKS! A once decent app, is now a hassle and inconvenience to search for ALL available loads!

App won’t let me search loads, keep saying try again. Customer support keep telling me to delete they app and that should work. It do not work. Always a connection issue and there never no one there to truly help.
