After deleting cookies, clearing browser history and force quitng browser on my mac, the app finds the malware files but then won't let me delete them.

downloaded and paid for this app to combat malware on my computer. It didn't find any. Even as it was running I was getting popups from the malware. found a different program that identified it right off the bat- FOR FREE.
