I paid for a lifetime version but when I got a new phone the app reset me to no subscription status. I have tried multiple times and ways to get support with no result. I would really like to get back use of the app! I do like it. But it feels like it must be run by a corporate entity where nobody cares as long as they get your money.

They say it’s free!! Haha Beware of apps that don’t offer a trial!! When I went on it they charged me $39.99!! After two days I cancelled and tried to get a refund but no go!! Everything on there you can find on you tube for free. Not happy 😡

The app is hyped up on IG, but the content is lacking. It feels like a bare bones app and the price is not worth it. They said you can request a refund if you are not satisfied, I did and was refused. So there, don’t waste your money.

Update: the developers response is trite and would be hilarious if I weren’t the one being scammed. I’ve had no fewer than 10 back and forth “conversations” with customer support. Customer support is a third party, Paddle, not directly associated the folks making this app. They also can’t really help you if you can’t log in and are no longer willing to click on their links since clicking on their links in the past caused your credit card to be charged for unapproved purchases. Hiring people to say nice words to your customers is not the same as actually supporting your customers. The developer doesn’t seem to understand that. After I challenged the fraudulent additional charges through PayPal, those were refunded. But not the original approved charge, even though I’ve never been able to use app. Original review: I read the mixed reviews and thought the good outweighed the bad. I was wrong. I signed up for one week at $6.99. The system then tried to upsell me after I authorized the $6:99 payment (not a surprise) I noticed that the “active” main button to move out of that was always the “yes—upgrade” button. That isn’t an ethical UI design. But I ignored it and carefully declined the upgrade 3 times to get to the end. I was sent an email with a log in code. Put that into the app. It didn’t work. In the email there was a link to use if the code didn’t work. I was a fool and clicked the link. It took me to a page that safari warned was not private and could be trying to steel from me. I closed that tab. Immediately I got a notification of a $38.98 charge. I contacted support and they are asking me for MORE personal info. And they want a screenshot of the home page of the app—the page I can’t get to because I have no way to log in. Maybe this was once a legit app that has been hacked, idk. But I cannot recommend it or the customer service that the response to my post is going to tell me to use. (Been there, done that. Time to dispute the charges from through my bank).

This is a great idea, but the only way I could get the background music to turn off was to delete the app completely.

This app is wonderful and well worth the money. However I see no way to see which meditations I’ve already listened to. It tells me that I’ve listened to 5 of 7 but doesn’t tell me which two I still need to listen to, you could make them a different color if they’ve been listened to. This would be helpful. In other reviews it sounded like there is a history but the only history I find is the number of minutes I’ve spent listening. All in all it’s a great app. Also, I wish there was a setting to turn off the music that starts playing when I open the app but I have to wait for the pause button to appear in order to stop it. And, the descriptions are cut off on the mantras with no way to see the rest of the description. Make it scroll so we can see the full description please.

How do you find your favorites? How do you get any support? I like the few basic things that are always on the dashboard but otherwise, the interface is a mystery. As is how to get any answers

Great except that every time I open the app it tells me I don’t have a subscription even though I’ve paid. Then when I try to sign in, it says I need to check my email for the activation code, but the email never arrives. 🤷 I have this app on my multiple devices, and I get prompted every time. Then I any even unsubscribe because it’s through a company called Paddle. The subscription doesn’t even show up on my apps.

So far it seems great but is there no trial option? Its bold to spend $20-$70 on something that I can’t try out a bit.
