No point in downloading this App- as soon as you log in and go to your inbox the app crashes!!!! Again and again and again! Don’t waste your time

Web version works great and allows you to save frequently faxes documents however the app for iOS keeps crashing with no updates to fix the issue

Can not open faxes received. Every time I click on the the link to view the faxes I received it boots me out of the app. I tried to delete and reinstall as well as reboot by iPad. Now I have to call the office have them open the fax and email it to me for view. Anyone know how to fix this

I have been using Sfax for years. The app was always great but no longer works. It crashes when accessing anything received. It can only send out faxes. The website does not work on mobile devices either. The menu takes up half the screen and you’re unable to see anything useful from the faxes. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! I pay a good amount for it every year and have been unable to use it for almost a year.

Unreliable. Force closes. Im using the web interface temporarily. Support non existent. For a medical based fax service they have regressed. Not sure why but seriously considering moving away.

To be a business app Sfax is very basic and has too many bugs. When opening now on phone it now crashes. I have to open from a browser. Sometimes I can get in app on phone but when I go to my name it crashes. I was told to delete all saved faxes through a desktop browser and it would allow phone to access the app. Worked then quickly returned to original problem. 😤

This app is horrible while using mobile. I check my SFax app several times a day as I am on the road a lot, and receive medical orders many times throughout the day. It’s a coin toss on whether it is going to crash or not. Very unreliable app. I wish our company used a different fax service. Stay away.

App keeps kicking me out. Talked to coworker and he stated he was having the same problems. Web based works fine.

Canceled service numerous times since it didn’t work and they still charged me needed to contest credit card charge. Apple should remove them from the App Store they are a scam based on my experience and the reviews. Come on.

The app crashes when you check your inbox. This bug hasn’t been fixed in months. I use Sfax for work and this glitch makes it hard to work unless I have my laptop at all times. Please fix the bugs!!
