  • One of my top 5 most used apps

It’s been super helpful to see how my sleep patterns have evolved over the last year or so of using the app. It helps me see the effects of exercise, food choices and alcohol have on my sleep for starters. I highly recommend, I’ve had no issues with this app.

Used for the past year and love it. I especially appreciate that the developer does not collect any data from you. I had used other free sleep trackers but found they were far less accurate, didn’t give me useful ways to use my sleep data, and harvested my data for their own profit. AutoSleep has been accurate, provides useful visualizations and dashboards to help me understand my sleep patterns and improve, and leaves my data alone. Thanks for the great app!
  • Same info as Apple Health

I don’t see any difference in algorithms detailing my sleep cycles from the Apple Health app. So this app isn’t necessary to even exist.

I love the way AutoSleep lets me know every morning how I slept during the night.

This app is messing up my sleep stats tremendously now & seemingly for no reason. I’ve had this app, & the heart one for YEARS (although the heart app has been broken on my watch for like a year - I will be deleting both). I can’t get a proper reading anymore; I just slept 7+ hrs but it only reads as 2!!! Apple health is trying to add an extra bit of time earlier, but I think this app is arguing with it so my stats are literally all over the place and it doesn’t make any sense. I believe new features are at fault as I can no longer just go in & edit my day properly when it misses something nor does it naturally find anymore options that lean towards odd sleeping times during the day. It’s forcing a normal persons schedule on me when my schedule is not “normal”. —— TLDR: New feature makes it impossible to have a schedule that starts outside of normal hours & still receive proper analysis. This app no longer works for me. Will be deleting it after years of use. Their heart app has also been broken for too long on my watch. —— Not happy to not be considered as a user & instead forced to conform if I want this app to work for me - no thank you. Many ppl have night shifts or changing schedules, & this app is no longer valid for that kind of person. Pretty insulting after years of using this app just fine.

I HATE THIS APP. It cannot make up its mind on when it wants to show that you woke up or that you went to bed. It overwrites the information of every other app that you have monitoring your sleep patterns and you will spend more time trying to figure out how to correct it than the productivity it will give you on obtaining more sleep.
  • Great app to track my tiredness

I used to wake up tired all the time and wondered why. This app has given useful insight as to how much my sleep is being affected which is nice. I was able to retrace back to the core of my sleeping problem and now sleep much better :)

Very Helpful. The benefits of having true data on length of sleep & quality of sleep, is valuable. Provides an insight into potential opportunities to effectively manage your sleep health .

This is the most accurate and, detailed and easy to use sleep app I have consistently used for years now. I need to track my sleep schedule for my doctor so it’s very important, as well as for my weight app, and my own personal sleep goals. It’s been very useful for all of my needs.
