Quality sleep is important to me. It helps to start a day refreshed. This app helps to determine patterns and adjust accordingly. It has been very reliable and intuitive in the 2+ years I’ve used it.

I’ve had this app running for 2 nights now and I’m getting believable readings so far. I really like seeing the different stages of sleep and I can verify the awake times. I am really enjoying this app.
  • Quite good, though I’ve never been able to figure out all the features

I’ve used this app for years. I really like it, especially the regular feedback on my quantity and quality of sleep. The interface feels a bit complicated and I don’t think I’ve ever figured out all of the features, hence the four stars, but it is a solid sleep app.
  • Garbage. Even more inaccurate that Apple sleep

I have tried everything to get this app to register my sleep properly. I have combed through their documentation and set things up the way they describe. I have tried both kinds of editing. This app simple doesn’t know when I am asleep or just sitting there, plus says I’m sleeping a lot less that the regular Apple Watch sleep (for periods when I have actually been in bed). I was hoping this app would be an improvement over the Apple sleep function. Overall I wish I just bought another FitBit the accuracy of the Apple Watch is just terrible. I can’t get excited about statistics and trends that I know are false. About all it’s good for is step counting.

I check my Auto Sleep every day. The accuracy is amazing. I want to make sure I have enough deep sleep to refresh my brain as I get older.
  • Complicated & Frustrating

Setting this app up is complicated and frustrating. The settings are interlinked with other settings. You can't simply turn something on or off. You have to hunt for a combination of settings in both the app and in the watch settings. I want to track deep sleep and my wrist temp. Nope, can only track one or the other. It all seems to be baked in with a sleep focus. According to the app, I am still asleep as I write this, even though I've been up for two hours. There is calibration for sleep, but it's sliders. When you adjust one one setting, the slider pulls the other setting out of whack. Why not keep it simple, like asking what time did you go to bed and what time did you get up? Just really awful to use. I've spent hours searching google and watching YouTube to try to get it set up. I finally got it once and POOF, an update comes along and resets everything. So very very frustrating. 🙁

I’ve gone through a number of sleep apps and this is the one I’ll stick with. Simple interface, all the data I want to see, and very clean gauges and graphs.

Guess I need to read more … I thought it would easy. I seem to discover one feature then forget / relearn. I’m still guessing!

One of the first things that I do in the morning is check my sleep rating… It could be a real encouragement if I get a lot of deep sleep… The app is good at following my sleep patterns… Warning when sleep is not adequate
  • Fantastic, no surprise charges. A true bargain.

So far, so good. It seems accurate and it even managed to log a quick nap I accidentally took yesterday while reading, so that’s impressive. The part I like the most is the cost - we all would prefer if it didn’t cost anything right? But there’s nothing like some money to provide incentive for continued development. Bucking the loathsome trend of everything-is-a-subscription, this author has implemented a one time charge. Thanks! Even better, it’s cheap. An immense amount of time has been put into this app, and it actually helps me feel better and be healthier.
