    This app, while it has some features I can think of it should have, a lesser feature deserving of more attention, and features that stand out has changed the way we can study sleep relatively well by ourselves through creativity and innovation, the app along with some of its partner apps that all work synergistically. For instance, by watching sleep patterns and correlating memories I was able to deduce that caffeine after 4pm effects how much REM sleep I get. My wife and I found an interesting correlation through her data also. It wasn’t a massive find but now she knows on days not working I still need to burn calories and we came down to a step measurement. As long as she take 8500 steps a day and gets on average 2 hours more of “quality” sleep than if she has not walked that much. (Walking is just an arbitrary measurement. You’re just looking for something you can measure to do whatever exercise you want that burns the amount of calories my wife needs to burn by doing 8500 steps. But don’t focus on steps. For you it could be doing 37 squats at $&@? number is the amount of energy you need to exert to gain a significant effect of a stronger and longer stage of sleeping.

    Thanks for continuing to improve the app. It is helpful and convenient. I don’t always wear my watch when asleep because sometimes It is on a low battery and I fall asleep while it is charging. I wish that there was a way to tell my watch that I am not consistent. I use the “watch not worn” and correct the results when necessary. Many thanks!

    save your money the fact the app doesn’t recognize I’m using an apple watch series 2 is a joke data is also confusingly presented, doesn’t let you change 24hr to am pm either

    I have used the sleep app for many years now. It is very accurate while using my watch, you can also use it if you remember to pick up your phone at rising. It will record sleep or naps, and sometimes if watching a really good movie or show my lack of movement might be registered as sleep so I adjust it. If you are just curious as I was in the beginning to my rest cycles I then became reliant on the app to almost tell me what kind of productive day I might have. Lol truly Robert

    This app is a lie. It does not track your sleep at all according to this app I sleep 30 minutes a day worst app ever this is a scam. DO NOT BUY! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I have reported the dev to the App Store. Hopefully this app will be removed before they can steal money from anyone else.
