    I can’t exactly explain why, but something about the interface of this app helps me stay on track. I have had my struggle with MyFitness Pal, another good app, just not for Me.

    Cronometer makes it SO easy to manage human nutrition. It takes roughly 12 minutes per day for me but I try to enter every lick and nibble😂

    I joined Cronometer because I loved how it works with Dr Mary Clair. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have as vibrant a recipe bank. I also use Lillie Eats for meal planning and some are in and some are not. Making another app easier to track but that app is not as vibrant with nutrients.

    I’ve tried the majority of carb/keto/tracking apps out there and THIS is my favorite, so much so I upgraded to their premier subscription. I enjoy creating meal plans, sorting and saving favorites, etc. Makes my life easier! :)

    This has got to be the best app to count calories. I’ve love 15 lbs naturally over the course of a few months with this app. It has the ability to link Apple Watch data, has barcode scanner, and if there isn’t any food in the database you can add your own. I prefer this UI over other popular apps that I’ve used and overall can’t find anything to complain about the app. Free version is pretty amazing and premium is probably that much better with no ads.

    This is the best food tracker I have ever used. I’ve actually been able to lose weight and keep it off. I think in large part this success is due to this tracker. It keeps track of how much protein, carbs and calories I have consumed each day and when I input my exercise, it shows the benefits of this accountability. Having this app in my phone makes it super easy to input food and exercise. I love that you can scan the barcodes of products and it automatically inputs that info. You can also document recipes by inputting the info or by copying and pasting the URL into the app. It is so much easier than counting points and all the other things I have tried that did not work. I plan on using this app indefinitely.
