    What is the point of paying a subscription if the app won’t let you make a logo due to high demand. The initial result what’s good, but I can’t make a logo. Because for some reason they are having a high demand, yet they charge you $39.00 dollars for using an app that you can’t use

    From simply zooming in and out on pictures, trying to align things right, and clicking on the wrong things with an overlay on it.. there’s a few things that could be improved to make the process of making something smoother. But other than that, mainly everything you need to make a logo/poster is there.

    Please save your time and don't trust this app. Search for other trustworthy developers’ apps that can give you better options and results for creating logos, etc. The logos designed by the AI are not even close to being professional; they come out distorted and unpleasant to look at, and the text gets cut off. In any case, it's not worth it at all. On top of that, they are conducting a shady business: charging customers for a full-year subscription during the free trial. The irony in all this is that I immediately canceled the trial since I figured I wouldn't be using it any further on the same day when I downloaded the app. I called Apple, and they don't hold developers accountable. Any developer could sneak their services and steal your money while leaving you shocked. The developer refused to refund me $39.99 with no empathy. Apple denied my request for a refund, didn't even want to hear me out, and referred me to their policies. It was an insane experience. Had I known I would still be charged, I would have chosen the weekly ($1.99) subscription, but that option was never even there. Please stay away from this developer and be careful with Apple’s apps.

    I signed up for a couple trials to see which logo best fit my needs and I came to find out I was charged $70 instead of given the 3 days free like advertised. I also cancelled my subscription the same day and I am only leaving a review because it’s difficult finding who to contact so now I’m just waiting for my bank to reimburse me for this company's mistake.
