I really like this app. I love the drawings and find it a relaxing way to practice positive thinking. I hope they rename it so people know it’s good for anyone working on positive thinking and not just people with OCD. Thank you!!!

I downloaded this app about a month ago and I didn’t find the app particularly useful and I actually forgot that the app was even on my phone. I just spoke to Apple who told me that for subscriptions Apple is just the middleman they contact the app developer and request a refund for the customer. That being said I never used the app a day past the day I downloaded it and started the free trial. I noticed the charge on my account the day the subscription renewed, and I immediately canceled the subscription because I don’t use the app and requested a refund not only was my original request denied, I appealed the decision and it was still denied. This app is supposed to help with stress and anxiety. It is doing the exact opposite and causing me stress and anxiety because it took $63 of my money for services that I never used and refuses to return the money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS VERY ETHICALLY!! And I did contact your email for support ON MONDAY it’s now FRIDAY and I have received no response!!
  • Free trial scam

Signed up for free trial of three days. Was charged full subscription rate immediately AFTER my approving app and cancellation of the free trial. Should not have been charged at all after three days much less three minutes!
  • Probably the most immediately effective tool

I have times when I need immediate relief from mental health symptoms (either from depression, anxiety, anger, or just negative thinking). I am in therapy, do yoga, tried meditation. But those are more preventatives. This app is so helpful when I’m in the moment of struggle. It helps me shift gears from negative and destructive thinking to positive and constructive thinking. I highly recommend even if you don’t suffer from OCD.

There was really no need to change it.

I wanted to try it out before hand and thought I was getting the free trial that popped up and was charged 39.99 off rip anyway. Thanks for the overdraft fee I didn’t expect.

I enjoy using this app and it has helped me navigate my obsessive thoughts and direct my negative thinking into a positive direction instead of staying stuck in repetitive and hurtful thought processes throughout most of my days. For a long time I thought it was normal to think that way and that I was protecting myself. Not true. This app knows it’s science because just a couple minutes a day has helped me reinforce a new habit which feels good as well as accomplish a feel good task. Thanks again!

The price is killer. But it is really nice to work out thoughts with this app. Really impressed. Sad it cost so much. 10 bucks should last a month not a week

The repetitive swiping discard and embrace different statements hasn’t really been helping me at all with my ocd. The app is not that interactive and there’s not much u can do on it. I was hoping to get more out of this app but I just don’t find it useful at all.
