    In order to utilize my Home internet I no longer have an app that acts as a useful tool, but some tool in marketing learned how to be corrupt and market to sheep. Without functionality of the device in a standalone app, T-Mobile has now sold it's customers down the river. We don't want gimmicks, treats, or a MUST AGREE to marketing TOS to operate a router. One day the thousands of sheeple will wake ip and wonder why everything is now a "only the cost of a cup of coffee!" Subscription. Complain, refuse and deny access to your info...eventually the company that gives service and functionality to our devices without hammering us over the head with marketing and selling us out will prevail.

    I have an iPhone 12 mini. When trying to enter any sweepstakes, after filling out the contact info, it is impossible to hit the “Submit” button. Other text on the screen completely blocks that button.

    I have been trying all day!!!!! To download the “update” with absolutely no results!!!!! Literally turned my phone off and tried…nothing. Dedicated a few minutes in the morning…nothing. Tried when I got to work…nothing. Left my office, tried…nothing. As I was traveling back home tried…nothing. Connected to WiFi at home, tried…nothing. Disconnected from WiFi tried…nothing. Cooked dinner, sat at table tried…nothing. Got kids ready for swim, tried…nothing. Went to garage sat in car tried…nothing went to swim class tried… nothing. Ridiculous

    Last two updates changed something. On my iPhone 13 Pro Max this app suddenly is difficult to look at. Makes me ill. If you are trying to save bandwidth or scan time (? Something) this will not make people want to use this app. To use an analogy of a high end stereo component system, Your system is only as good as the cheapest piece of equipment in it.

    To log in to the tmobile app on my iphone that runs on the tmobile network I have to enter my tmobile iphone number? The. I need to login again to see "benefits"? By then I've lost interest an whatever I had been looking for.

    Merging the T-Mobile Home Internet app into the T-Mobile Tuesdays deals app is such a boneheaded decision. The new app is not only slower and more cluttered, it's also harder to use, less convenient, and requires you to log in again every single time you open the app. I have mostly stopped using T-Mobile apps and will consider switching ISPs because of how terrible the app is now. All I want to do is restart my router when it's acting slow… please stop making me jump through hoops to do that. No other router management app is this slow and painfully bad.

    This is just a vehicle for ad revenues nothing else. Even before the switch from Tuesday to T life, the only difference is that these so call “benefits” are even harder to acquire.
