    It literally is supposed to let you do everything from one spot when you can only do certain things from a desktop certain things from a website, browser and certain things from the app. you have to set it all up in a way that it does exactly what you wanted to do with the automations that you put in otherwise don’t even bother.

    I wish they would stop updating the app and website, and just OPTIMIZE what they have! Pages don’t load, finances don’t load, website does the same thing. Seems like lately there is a new version of the site every 3 months. Work out the bugs, please.

    Customer service is extremely hard to get in contact with. If you need to pay for the service they are QUICK to contact you but when it comes to paying out the money for invoices it doesn’t take 2-3 days as they say. Horrible experience. Once I get my money from the invoice I won’t be back

    The app is easy to use, but clients constantly complain that they can’t find the link or submit button… because it’s so faint you can’t see it and have to click around until you get it. It comes across as cheap and that’s so frustrating!
