I don’t know what the limits are for there fare-bots, but I’m unimpressed with this one.

A few days ago I downloaded the Fareness app and I was looking to seeing what it offered. After a few minutes or so I wasn’t able to use the app without a prompt to get a subscription. There was a free trial and I chose to do that. There was even a message that I will be notified when my free trial is over. I browsed the app for sometime more and realized that it does not have what I am looking for. So I went and cancelled the app subscription the same day. However, I received a charge for the monthly fee on 2/6 when the free trial ended. This should not have occurred in the first place!! I cancelled the free trial! After contacting Apple I was notified to contact the developer for a resolution. I would like to get the charge removed and reimbursed to my account. I did not find my experience with the app satisfactory and the info was very misleading. This is a scam.

Who is this app for? The frequent travelers? The occasional travelers? A frequent traveler doesn’t have flexibility in dates and the occasional has no need to pay a monthly fee. This shouldn’t be a paid app

Seems like a really cool and promising app, but requires a subscription to do anything at all. Complete waste of time.

This is a horrible app. Why would you pay for something that doesn't even function very well.

I paid the subscription but my flights never loaded

Just downloaded this app picked my flights then takes me to Priceline and that’s it. It trying to load but doesn’t. How can I cancel it before my free trial is up

I should have figured it out when their website shut down and forced me to use the app. I tried downloading the app, but in order to use it you must subscribe to their service. It is no longer a free or even a cheap service unless you fly very frequently.

Disappointed

I used to love this app. But then the developers got greedy and decided to charge people just to use the app. That’s ridiculous. It’s one thing to charge people to get a certain discount when booking, but to charge people who just want to look at the flights? That’s insane. You aren’t even guaranteed to find a flight, so you are essentially paying to use the app and nothing more. I used to tell people about how great the app was but not anymore and I’m deleting it from my phone. Such a shame they ruined it.
