  • Watch app requires all new hardware?

I have a Levelmate Pro, and found that you now support the Apple Watch, but if I’m reading this correctly, you require us to completely replace the product we have with the new Levelmate Pro + for $140 in order to use it? If so, you’ve lost a customer. I’d be happy to pay a reasonable upgrade fee for the software, but we both know that there’s nothing in that black box that a watch app could possibly require to function. You would be lying to say this is anything but a business decision. That’s no way to treat your existing customers. Your product is no longer the only option.

Might work 1 out of 10 times i use it. The majority of the time it fails to connect. I've had problems both with Galaxy 21 and IPhone 14. The Levelmate is installed in a cabinet in the front of my 26ft travel trailer.
  • Worked great for 3 years but now loses settings when turned off

It worked great for three seasons. Now (with fresh battery) it seems to forget level settings in a few hours once you are to next camp. I have the version with a power switch and turn if off when camped. I may need to try a new battery but it’s brand new battery now shows all full power bars in the APP I thought it saved settings even with battery removed (at least I thought so) Maybe Tennessee heat this summer killed the electronic components
  • Worked great. The second time

Set it up, drove to the site, level was way off. Came home, set it up again, drove to a different site, it worked perfectly. Very, very nice when it worked.
  • Portrait Mode on Tablet?

Really? This app only works in Portrait Mode on the iPad. What about those of us who use their iPad with a keyboard?

A nice idea but this device won’t connect or save settings. I wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased .

Irritating that I cannot access the online owners manual in the app until I’m connected to the device
  • Close, but…

Really awesome idea. And it does get you close but it seems the repeatability of “level” is not quite there. Pretty sure that has more to do with what the app is reading than the app itself but that is splitting hairs. It just doesn’t quite do what it’s supposed to.

For the first year, the LevelMatePRO worked great. Since then, I’ve been having connectivity problems. It’s as if it won’t connect at a range greater than 5 feet away. I also wish, when it did work, that there was an Apple CarPlay app. I know that the back up camera would override the screen, but a lot of times. I’m pulling forward when I’m trying to get level.
