TLC app works one day, next day watching live stream and after or while playing a commercial the audio goes out and never comes back unless you refresh the app by closing it and opening it back up. This Only happens with this app. Maybe TLC needs to spend some money on real developers instead of creating a app in five minutes and expecting it to work for the whole world. Terrible!

Even when watching live, there are too many commercials

This is the glitchiest app I have. It’s either constantly having “errors”, logging me out, or unlinking my cable provider so it keeps locking out shows I should have access to. For all the lengthy commercials you’d think TLC would have a better app

I like this because you get to watch many movies and you will love this

Although we pay for TLC through our cable provider we can NEVER watch it on the app (says we aren’t authorized) and we can rarely watch it on our TV as the feed is always messed up. Really, really,really, really horrible, or should I say, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is probably the 10th review/feedback I’ve given them in the past two months with ZERO responses fro this company.

I love that I can connect my tv provider but the app is glitchy. It often disconnects and shows an error message after about an hour of watching. This usually resets the episode back to the beginning, and I have to watch ads all over again to even be able to skip forward, and then watch ads again before I can go back to watching. The frequency of ads is also absolutely crazy, 5 minutes of the show, then 3 minutes of ads. Way more than regular tv.

I have to re-log in to my network every time I open the app to watch. It’s very frustrating.

I love the app, just hate that I have to log in with my tv provider every time 😂
