This app is truly awful. I’d like to give it 0 stars. It shuts off mid transaction. It shuts off when you are taking the photo of the check. You have to say yes you want to make a deposit about 4 times - why? It’s supposed to save you time but you end up wanting to throw your phone across the room. This app is a source of great aggravation for me. I’d be quicker physically going to the bank. Poor show from PNC. The Capital 1 app is how it should be done.

PNC is a good bank, but this app is hopelessly confusing. I go around and around and nothing seems to work. Don’t bother with it; just go to the local branch.
  • Doesn’t work, why can’t you work like any other banking app!

Giving this app 0 stars. Only shows 1 because I have to put in something. I work for a business that has PNC as it’s preferred bank. Since my start date over a year ago we have been unable to log in or deposit a check via the deposit application that PNC has. We have called numerous times and dealt with many representatives and none have been able to resolve or provide an explanation as to why the deposit application will not work. I can log in online but when I enter my information into the deposit app it says one of them is wrong (which they are not). This app needs some major work and I can’t imagine I am the only customer that is having these issues.
