This app works flawlessly with my 2024 BMW M340i

1. Earlier version of BimmerCode was able to code CIC head unit with 3rd party CarPlay MMI, but stopped supporting it. I think the company can do better than simply not supporting it. 2. Purchased the CarPlay for BimmerLink, it didn’t show sensor numbers in 4.6 version, 4.6.2 resolved it. In the meanwhile, I sent the support request, which had to be done thru the app only, replying the email was blocked. In this way, I cannot show the screenshot and I had to put my info every time I sent a support request. Customer service can improve this, at least by allowing to attach pictures in the complaint, or by allowing to reply to the email. 3. BimmerLink 4.6.2 can show the sensor values from E84, but it is awfully slow like once in 3-5 seconds. Nothing but the temp values would be meaningful to watch from this feature.

Purchased app and add on. Able to display sensors/gauges on iPhone. Unable to view sensors or gauges via Apple Car Play; says unable to connect to OBDLink CX. Waste of money and time. Tried Airplane mode, tried turning off cell signal, tried turning off WiFi. Shoot even tried going into airplane mode. Waste of money…. Don’t Buy!!!!!

Won’t connect. I really need this connected immediately. The website states this app works with 2005 and up 3 series bmws.

Just bought it and used it but it keeps giving me this message when I put my vlinker Bluetooth in the obd that the engine control unit does not respond but it lets me continue but doesn’t let me use all available functions? Am in need of a little guidance to work it

Of course it can read codes, but it reads everything that every other code reader can’t. I cleared a pesky “battery malfunction” code that BMW dealership couldn’t. (The battery was perfectly fine) don’t hesitate to purchase this app!

Does not even connect to obd Mx+ adapter even though it claims it does.
