I’ve had this service for two years, and I have never had a positive experience with their customer service team. If you choose google fiber, you can expect to wait 3-4 hours to even speak with an agent. You’ll get hung up on multiple times, and when you finally get to talk with someone, they speak English but not well enough to actually diagnose and fix the problem. No matter how patient and polite you are, they will be rude. Getting an agent to visit takes another 20 hours.

Can’t set a schedule for kids down time. Wish we knew this before switching from 1 gig service.

They have internet but nothing will load. Very frustrating.

This won’t let me log in with my Google Fiber Webpass account, which is a separate login from my Google account.

Don’t bother calling when you can’t use this app to access your account-it doesn’t work for Webpass customers; we can only use the website. Google should update the description with “not WebPass”.

Shows that I'm connected but my devices when on different SM apps constantly roaming...I would never suggest anyone get Google Fiber with this behavior

I’d like to control which devices are able to join my network with this app. Very similar to the Orbi app. Also, wish it had a better system for visualizing placement of WiFi satellites.

There are no parental controls for the modem in the app. My previous modem allowed me to turn off my kids wifi access on a nightly schedule.
