    Update (04-16-24) The latest updates to the app appear to have fixed the freezing issue so updated the review. The only other thing I could think of is if your team could improve the AI caption feature, the AI hashtag feature and the biobar feature. If the AI caption feature could be updated to be a little bit more advanced. As of right now it makes similar responses over and over with the same or similar wording. With the biobar, if your team could make it more feature rich with more stuff that can be added to it, more in-line with a website builder. Also with regard to adding the social features to the biobar (ie. Links to Instagram Twitter etc.) it would be nice if it saved what you enter into the fields if you wanted. When making a new biobar, I need to manually re-type each and every link which can be frustrating. Appreciate the new updates to the app. Cheers! Original review: Have been using this app for a while now and it’s GREAT but… it freezes for around 30 seconds whenever opening the app. Every single time. This is on an iPhone 13 Pro being used by a tech savvy millennial, so have done all troubleshooting. The problem is with this app and this app alone. It also freezes when tapping on something within the app. Or if you swipe up to check a different app and one second later switch back to the UNUM app, it freezes yet again. Seriously?? Please fix this and make it work more efficiently. It should not be freezing before AND after doing anything with the app. Very frustrating. Would have been a lower score if not for the great features of this app and would have been 5 stars without any of the aforementioned issues. Please fix the bugs with this app. Also, this is more a request, but can you please make the website biobar builder better with more intuitive stuff. Thank you!

    Overall UNUM is a great app. I have been using it for a few years. It is the easiest to use out of all the feed planning apps I have tried. However, over the last year it has been inconsistent on what is included with the free membership without warning. Because of this I have gone back and forth between paying for it and not. Not only is this confusing as a user, but also frustrating especially for those that pay for a subscription only for the options to change.

  • Free Version Stops Working

    The free version stops working after you load about five images. Then it forces you to choose a plan. To have a plan you are sent to an off-site location called Rap-Chat for music where you would be forced to create another account and then that account collects data not identified in the information on this app page. The whole thing is very sketchy.

  • Terrible - waste of money

    Purchased the professional account to use it for work. It functions terribly. Asks to reconnect channel constantly despite clicking “remember me”. I’ve lost many captions I’ve written and saved here. App crashes a lot. Really bad experience overall. Cannot schedule posts successfully. Etc etc. Will be switching to a different app as soon as my billing period is over.

    This used to be my favorite app. It was free and worked amazing! Then they introduced paid subscriptions. Okay, I understand, there was still options to do things free, annoying but i get it. Now every time i try to upload anything it is requiring me to pay. I was already starting to hate the changes but this is the last straw i think. I’ll be deleting and searching for a new, better app. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

    i would assume an app like this would be easy to use but it’s not, i have pinned posts on my ig and it doesn’t show in the app, and then when i import images and move them around they don’t stay in the spot i place them, they jump back to their original place. it even randomly copies images all across my feed. just a counterintuitive buggy mess
