I love this app. It’s nice to have a user friendly platform that publishes content on many other platforms. If you’re not a tech wiz this is the move if you’re trying to make your own podcast ❤️
  • Stupid Software

This has got to be the stupidest software of all time. You CANNOT edit a high quality podcast on here. If you want music it’s for the WHOLE recording! If you want to trim your segment, it will put the clips back in in REVERSE order! I do not like this app.

This app has made it easy for me to start making a podcast. I appreciate the time and effort of the people who have created this.

I’ve created and published entire episodes, and about five minutes after publishing them, they are gone like they never existed. It worked fine yesterday and the day before and I got five episodes out. Now, nothing. Maybe it has to do with starting a new season? Regardless the episodes the app told me were published were removed from even the app so I’d have to make it all over again. Update: despite changing my password yesterday, now I can’t sign in. This app is way too broken for me to even want to continue using.
  • Save the in app editor!

Please keep the in app editing tool accessible. The Riverside editing tools take way longer and constantly crash. PLEASE RECONSIDER this decision.
  • Used to be good

This app used to be fantastic. It made recording podcast segments very easy to do. Unlike other podcast apps where you must think hard about it, I could record segments effortlessly and invite friends easily. As of June 2024, they will make some changes, so you might want to consult them about these changes. Here is what I gathered about the changes. The record audio tool will no longer be accessible through the Spotify for Podcaster app. This will instead be moved to Riverside, where you can integrate your account with them. If you like Riverside, that won’t be a dealbreaker for you. I wouldn’t say I like Riverside because I don’t like doing a lot of video podcasts. I realize there is an option to do audio only, but it’s not the same as the Spotify for Podcaster app.
