I pay for subscription every year WHY DOES THIS APP CONSTANTLY FORCE A LOG OUT??? I have one device I use this app with. Why do I have to log back in if I haven’t used the app in just a day?? This app behavior NEEDS to be fixed. Great app ruined by horrible user experience.

I paid top dollar for this app, and used and loved it for years. Now I have to pay a subscription fee to continue using it. This is NOT what I paid for. You have no right to change the deal after a purchase! SHAME!

Constantly signs me out and then freezes on log in screen

Although the app is full of useful features it lacks the most important support which an iPad user would benefit from, which is the Apple Pencil. Whenever you try to use it with the app the app just freezes and loses a lot of its functionality. This is a major problem for such a respectable application, which would indicate neglect on the technical team’s part.

La aplicación está increíble pero tienen que arreglarle el fallo que tiene a la hora de ir al “search”. Se queda frisado y no sale el teclado para escribir. Es malo porque tengo que salir y volver a entrar a la app y todo lo que había hecho se borra. Espero que resuelvan, si no fuera por eso le daba 5 estrellas.

I hadn’t used my app in awhile, and then opened it (signed in), to notice that everything was disabled except skeletons, and connective issues. I used to be able to access everything else, except videos. I paid $80.00 way back when, only use it on one device (my iPad). Restore my purchase, and give me access to what I had before. Subscription model or no subscription model. You have essentially reverted my subscription to a free useless version.

Should not be listed as free.

I CANT RESET THE GODDAMN PASSWORD IT SAYS “BAD TOKEN” ALWAYS. FIX THIS

I really wish the app weren’t so buggy. The content and features are SUPER helpful but I can’t make more than four clicks without it completely freezing up. It does this on my ipad, and on my windows desktop instead of completely freezing it only lets me make lateral movements. I spent several hours with support only for them to say oh yeah, it does that, you’ll just have to try turning it off and on again every time. It’s not worth my time to try to use it nor is it worth the subscription price.

I am using this for physical therapy school and it’s great at helping me visualize the anatomy. I just wish it could do some more complex motions such as Pronation and supination of the foot. However it might just be due to the app having motions only being tied to one specific muscle rather than combining them to complete triplanar motions.
