This could be a great app, and we would even pay for it, if tech support were available. After 6 attempts at contacting tech support, we’ve given up and cancelled our monthly subscription.

This app needs more food options and I wish it had a lot more drink options and payment options

the default password when you first login 0000!

I had been using Waiter Pad but then forgot my log in code. There is no way to recover it because during initial setup they did not ask for an email. So now I am looking elsewhere for an app as good.

I like the setup of this app. Works good for my restaurant. I want to upgrade to the pro version for $24.99 but it doesn't tell me if it'll be a one time payment, or a reoccurring monthly payment. I'm trying to contact the creator but nothing. Anyone know?
