Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I find the set up of this app very frustrating. The warm ups are hit or miss, and I struggle to find how to do a cool down if I need to end a workout early. These should be very easy to access. Overall, this feels very impersonal and difficult to navigate. There are better work out apps out there.

    When I started Sweat I was 3 months postpartum with my first child. I was the heaviest I’ve EVER been and needing something that I could do in the comfort of my own home yo regain strength and develop a fitness routine that I could stick with! I started with Kelsey Wells, and she has saved my life. I most do her programs because there are so many to choose from and different amounts of time. Whether you need a quick 15-20 minute burn or a 50-70 minute workout I feel so good after every single one! I’ve used other trainers on here as well and literally whatever you are looking for whether that be yoga, barre, strength workouts, pregnancy safe workouts, etc you will find it here! So thankful for this community and app!
