I was introduced to FitBod by CPG Gray, whose opinion I pay attention to. At first I was skeptical and put off taking up the app. Finally, after I don’t know how many mentions I tried it. It was odd at first. It had me do exercises that I had never considered. After I week I took the plunge and subscribed for a year. After a few weeks I noticed changes. After a couple of month I had built a habit around the app with incredible gains. Now, I’m hooked. The number 1 like is it removes the planning of what to do in the gym. Just show up and follow the app. I mean, not blindly. Consider if each exercise poses any risk considering your fitness level. Get to know the exercises and start light until you got the movement down. Up until using the app I basically went to the gym and “did my own thing”. For me this didn’t work nearly so well. FitBod makes your time in the gym so much more efficient and productive. So, great gains in shorter time and the thinking and planning is handled the by the app. Just show and go!

Can you please add exercises with wrist roller. Also I am trying to work with my body weight only. Can’t think of any good biceps exercises with no equipment. Also I have a wrist roller, but can’t find an option to add it. Please do something. Thank you😁

this app has a good tracking record been using it for years now. there’s been a “create exercise” option that was added recently that has been a great addition to tracking every workout bec it made the app so much more unique!! SHOUTOUT TO FITBODDD definitely goated now

I have used this app for over 1 year. I think it’s great for people who need a bit of guidance to get started but where it falls short is efficiency. Going to the gym can be entirely mental and Fitbod has a tendency to always be challenging you which can be positive or negative. I find it discouraging when at least 2 of my 4 workouts every week for 52 weeks out of the year have me going “what am I being asked to do?!” I am nearly 40 years old and being asked to do handstand pushups is a bit out of my realm of comfort. It is also inefficient as to ask you to start on the squat rack and then jump to dumbbells, and then return to the squat rack again at the end of your workout. Anyone who goes to a moderately busy gym knows what it’s like to be competing for time on machines or equipment. The app is great at tracking and the videos are useful but I find myself being discouraged to return to the gym after a weeklong vacation and asked to do things I’ve never done before or challenging my aging body with exercises I know I’m it capable of yet at my current fitness level.
  • I love it, but I wish there were additional features

The app is great when it comes to tracking workouts, but I wish I could track meals and select specific muscles to prioritize in workouts. Other than that, I’ve had some great results using this app with my own custom workouts and love how it charts your overall growth.
  • Great Fitness App

Positives: Generates workouts based on your experience and performance. You no longer need to come up with daily exercises. With the latest update you can log sets in the iOS Lock Screen! The Negatives: Suggested workouts seem to get a bit repetitive.
  • Please label axes

Love the app but would love it if when they graph your progress they would label BOTH axes. All I want for MLK day is a labeled x AND y axis.
