Hello, PopReach Your app won’t load up at all. I can’t play your app game at all. Because I can’t enter into the game to play it. Please fix the bugs in your app. There is no point on having the game accessible to download if there is no way to play your app game.

You have to buy pickaxes to actually play and none of the items actually load in the store. I used to play this on a desktop years ago and it was so much fun. Now it's like they don't want you to actually play... which seems a little counterintuitive. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to playing this again. I think a few updates and some loosening of the pickaxes. I shouldn't have to pay to play. Just charge a flat rate for the game like you used to instead of trying to force people to rack up a bunch if little charges, it would go along way into getting new players.

I bought the pack for 19.99 and didn't get what I bought. Either fix the issue or give me my money back.

I used to love this game spend hundreds of dollars and everything. Switched phones and lost my progress ive email support 5 times have haven’t gotten any response yet! Did this game die? Is it no longer? Please let us know or take it out of the App Store

Please update this game. I love it but I can’t get somethings to load. The objects just show up black with a green outline. It will also say can’t connect to server. I’m using IOS 14.4

I can’t play for the last couple of weeks the game been loading I done brought stuff an can’t play nothing

The game kicked me out after a few minutes of first time play. It never let me back in again.
