So, I love Pokemon and I’ve been gaming since the 90’s. A lot of people like to throw around the phrase “pay to play” when it’s usually just pay to win. However, this game has genuinely earned the moniker of pay to play. Firstly the heart system is very flawed. 30 minutes of real life time to play one mission. Whether you succeed or fail, the heart will be used. So you either stop playing the game or fork over some cash to keep playing. Then let’s move onto the way you catch Pokemon. Whether you catch the Pokemon or not, the heart will still be used. You either suffer with a less than 10% chance to catch the Pokemon or spend coins on a better ball, “don’t have coins? Great, you can buy them with money.” Overall I’m very disappointed to see a childhood staple of mine become this money hungry like this isn’t one of the biggest IPs of all time.

Me ha gustado mucho este juego es uno de mis favoritos sin alguna duda, es entretenido para matar el tiempo y además lleva mucha estrategia en cuanto al equipo que buscas formar para la captura de porque nes salvajes nuevos que te aparecen durante tu aventura, desearía que hubiese modos de conseguir gemas de una manera más sencilla pero desafiantes por ejemplo una pelea con un pokemon salvaje verdaderamente desafiante, sin embargo lo que verdaderamente me está frustrando no son los combates avanzados sino más bien que no halla otras pokebolas para poder conseguir atrapar a los pokemones que logras derrotar o una manera de conseguir más monedas para poder pagar las súper balls. Me la paso súper bien jugando el juego y se nota que hay mucho desarrollo detrás del juego está súper bien hecho me entretiene y me encanta, lo único que desearía es que añadieran más opciones de poke bolas o formas de conseguir monedas para así estar mejor equipado o preparado para la captura de un pokemon salvaje al cual hallas derrotado, aparte de eso todo bien 👍🏻

I love this game but I can’t buy any jewels. Idk if it’s my phone that’s bugging or the app so I asked my cousin and he said it didn’t work on his phone either. Pls fix this!

I like Pokémon but it’s too hard to catch Dedenne and slurpuff and any other levels that's hard to catch and defeat too!And it's impossible to catch Zoroark .That's why I hate this game until you fix it!

The game is fun and addictive. I love to catch my favorite pokemon. I HATE that weather you win or loose you still loose a heart (life) and you only get 5 hearts. Later the matches get so hard that you loose so fast. FASTER if you spend money to win. The game has a Friend Code to help get more hearts. So here’s mine if anyone wants to team up: 9ZXJSV33

I normally dont leave any review for any game. But i like Pokemon and this is the only game i play on my phone. Its was fun and required luck as well . I wish the game would continue adding Pokemon from Generation 8 and 9. This game had so much potential and could grow even more .

have i become obsessed with this game?? absolutely. do i use every pokemon i catch?? nope! this is a really fun game. pretty simple too. i barely play the "expert" or "special" routes tho lol seeing the mega evolutions is cool too. the only "bad" thing i can say about this game is that paying is required to advance anywhere near the 3-digit stages. from my own experience anyway, i usually need to buy jewels just to get 5 extra moves to even get CLOSE to advancing past whatever stage i happen to be stuck at. i do like that it only costs one jewel to buy all of the "add-ons" before you start a puzzle (the extra moves, the disruption delay, the extra exp points etc the options are different every few battles). another "bad" thing is that if you REALLY wanna catch a pokemon, you gotta spend coins (and/or a jewel) to get a great ball and even then, it's not a guaranteed catch. this is true in the regular pokemon games of course but like. it's maybe 70% luck and the rest depends on if you are willing/able to spend actual money to be able to catch anything. i'd say you can definitely play this WITHOUT spending money (you get log-in rewards but the best is the +5 hearts imo) but if you wanna advance farther thru the game, you definitely need to spend some money. tl;dr: i really (really) enjoy this game, but it requires you to slap down some cash if you intend to advance thru the game. ps: the trainer battles SUUUUCK lol

If your a Pokemon fan, you will love this simple, yet enjoyable mobile game.

Game was fun in the beginning, but once you pass level 50 it’s difficult to catch even weak pokemon. Like WTH 13% or less chance when you get a high score?!?! And then spend 3500 coins for a higher chance when the Pokémon still escapes at 60% chance??? Y’all just want us to hate pokemon huh? Don’t turn something we love into a cash grab. ~Karma~

I played this game on the 3ds a lot and I love this game alot. Sorry if this is a stretch but it’s personally my favorite Pokemon game to this date.
