Description

• Directory of standard, frequently used operations in Swift, Java, JavaScript, Python, Rust, PHP, C#, C++, Golang, TypeScript, Kotlin, Ruby. - How to get a substring? - How to run a task in an additional thread? - How to perform a database query? • SQL queries: - How to combine multiple tables in a single query? - How to sort the result of grouping data? - What types of data are there in SQL Server? • The best examples of codes from books and specific internet resources. Here you will find ready-made and proven code recipes that will help you quickly and efficiently solve emerging problems. • The application is a good tool when passing an exam or preparing for an interview, helping you study typical tasks. • Quick search of the correct example by the code or by the name of topic. • All examples in the application are available offline. The application can be used when the Internet connection is not available. • This is an excellent help for those who often use several programming languages. The application reduces the time required to switch to a different syntax. • As a developer, I use this application myself to increase the speed of my work. • One app for iOS and macOS. Buy once and use on your phone, tablet or computer. • One of the app reviews: A must have app for any consultant. Rather than being a lexicon of coding descriptions and commands, as so many of these apps are, Fedor has provided a reference tool for real-world developers. There are three main areas of the app; list of topics leading to subject menu, explanation page, settings. Starting with the list of topics, the index is broken into logical sections that direct the developer quickly to a sub-menu and the area needed - precisely where a developer would expect to find what they’re looking for. The explanations in each and every page are succinct, well thought out, and clearly presented with excellent examples where needed. There is no boiler plate generic definitions here. The ‘settings’ section is equally efficient. It allows to switch to dark, change font and size, upgrade/release additional language examples, or simply upgrade to a full and ad-free version. It should be noted that the cost and features of a fully upgraded ‘Codes recipes’ app is the same as buying the ‘Codes recipes PRO’ version. Fedor, thank you for developing this app - it’s excellent. If you can help translate the application into your language, please contact me by email. In the application, some examples are available for an additional fee (approximately 45%).

Very nice collection, I'm glad there's a search bar. It would be awesome if I could add my own entries and start to use this as a personal reference book. If I could have one wish for this app it would be this: Mimick Finder's column view (multiple columns) and remove the animation when upon selecting. Thanks for your effort, it's very help for getting up to speed.

Hello, I paid for the “full-version” in app purchases and now I’m seeing there is a pro version as well. What’s the difference between this in app purchase and pro? Update: great thanks!

I like the app overall. The references have been accurate. What’s not clear is the in app purchase options.

This is not for novices.Whenever people ask me how they should learn to code I always tell them fundamentals and exercises over and over again until I hammer it into their head. After completing any curricular you can then move onto the interactive playground and this is where this platform comes in handy.Whoever wrote this software application clearly has a lifetime of experience in computer science and has effectively provided a catalyst to bridge the gap betweenSoftware engineer and software developer from just your standard computer programmer. Bar none.
  • Code Recipes is Great

I love the richness of the languages. It is quick work to compare the same functionality in code between two (similar) languages. Also, this is barrier removal tool...when you are stuck on how to implement something (or recall something), fish through the app under the language of interest to unblock yourself. Developer is very responsive to small improvement requests and errors found in code examples.
  • Love it

The ability to turn on multiple language versions (C# 5, C# 6, etc.) would be helpful because developers aren't usually implementing the latest releases on a website. It might also be helpful to add "Preferences" (or "Settings") beneath "About" in the contextual menu for anyone who didn't notice the gear icon in the upper right of the window.
