Played 3 years; made occasional purchases. Furniture I bought has gone missing; the game is also failing to distribute diamonds. The chat feature is just a constant runaround (I’ve been asked 3 times for the date of my incident). As others noted, the “app support” feature doesn’t work either.

This game is the bomb 💣 you need to get it or the police 👮 are going to get you for not downloading this game

I love this game, but it takes far too long and too much of your diamonds and cash to ONLY receive just one key a Challenge. maybe depending on the difficulty or whether it’s an Elite Challenge, there should be 3+ keys given. That way it makes playing and designing our Dream Home Collection a little more worth while. Thanks.

I love this app and feel some artistic need to create is being fulfilled in me. However, the game is expensive to play and at times I’ve had to quit when the money is tight. How much money you ask? Not uncommon for me to spend $200 per month playing this app. I’ve tried to limit my play to 1 room per day and collect my diamonds and rewards, but then it grows to playing the daily challenge and one that pays bonus diamonds. Then there are series where if you do 3 challenges you win prizes and diamonds. Hard to resist. Then I thought if I spent only $40.00 per month purchasing $20 worth of diamonds every 2 weeks which is way less than $200.00. So I keep trying to wIddle it down to where it’s reasonable and stick to it. If I have spent my limit, I have to use what I have. So you figure out if you really want to start with this app. You can’t quit it because when your inventory grows… you can’t sell it, you can’t give it away… you have quite a bit of money invested in this App. They comeback weekly with new challenges and new decor to buy. So think about it before you dive in… keep it simple, put limits on yourself on how much you play and how much you spend.

Sometimes the rating for evaluating your designs is off. People just rate without looking and a great design could get a low rating and an ugly design gets a good rating…. Not necessarily hitting beauty in the eye of the beholder, but rather click thru to get my keys…

Those adds that you see where they click on the floor or the wall or something like that you can do that you only need to be level 4 so no it’s not a scam it’s fun
