This Vancouver taxi app is not good. The yellow cab in vancouver app is much better. In yellow cab you get notifications and you can follow your cab... this one just gives you nothing and no updates or notification. Nearly missed a plane once even with advanced booking 😲

There is a reason that taxi companies need to use local government as a weapon to compete against Uber and Lyft. That reason is Vancouver Taxi. You can’t find your driver once you call them, you can’t tell them where to go, and you can’t pay them the way you want to pay them.

good god you can't even type the address in favorites

It's bad. We were picked up the first time we used the app. The second time we waited 30 minutes before giving up because the app didn't book us a car. Uber/Lyft are badly needed in Vancouver. There is obviously more demand than Taxi drivers can handle.
